Consumer Proposal
Individuals who are unable to repay their debts or unable to meet repayment
deadlines, may choose to file a Consumer Proposal. We are licensed by the Office
of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada. We will assess your
current financial situation and assist you in preparing a Consumer Proposal
that will help you manage your debt. We will then administer the Consumer
Proposal from beginning to end.

Bankruptcy
As a last resort, you may be able to manage your debt by filing an Assignment
in Bankruptcy. Getting the process started will include:
- Meeting with us to assess your current financial situation;
- Providing us with your completed Application Form; and

Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada.
This process will stop legal actions and collection activities and your
unsecured creditors will not be able to garnish your wages or harass you.
